Simplified & Streamlined Navigation

Navigating Opal should be simple. So, in November, you’ll notice a few changes in how Opal is organized. Now, get access to everything you need in one place—faster than ever. Welcome to your new Opal!



If you have more than one Opal workspace, it’s now easy to tell at a glance which workspace you’re in—and switch to or search for a different one.

Centralized Navigation

So long to the top navigation bar—now, everything you need is centralized in the sidebar menu.

Access calendars, presentations, other Opal users, and more by hovering your cursor over the sidebar. And if you've been working in Opal for a while, you'll notice that the Moments view is now named Calendar. You still have access to the same great views to see your content by day, week, and month.

Looking for self-serve help or need to get in touch with our Support team? Access both with just one click at the bottom of the sidebar.

Admin Access

Now, admins can access Opal and workspace configurations in one place. Easily manage labels, users, and other settings to keep everything moving forward.
