Notification Settings

Customize how you'd like to be notified of each activity type -- email, in-app alerts, or both.

To make sure you're settings are ideal for you, take a look at the list below for an inventory of the various notification types that can be managed within your Settings.

Access

Space Has Been Made Public

  • Sent when a private space (story, moment, content) on which you are a collaborator has been made public.

Access Granted to a Private Space

  • Sent when you are given access to a private space.

Actions

Asset Export Completed

  • Sent when an asset CSV export is completed.

CSV Export Completed

  • Sent when a CSV export is completed.

Moment Export Completed

  • Sent when a moment export is completed.

Content Shared With You

  • Sent when another user shares content with you.

Story Rescheduled

  • Sent whenever another user re-schedules the start or end date of a story you've worked on.

Chat & Activity

Missed Chat & Activity

  • Sent when another user has submitted a comment to a space you are subscribed to.

Content Delivery

Content Delivery Failed

  • Sent when content delivery to a publisher has failed.

Content Sent to You for Delivery

  • Sent when content is sent to you for manual publishing.

Localizations

Content Localized

  • Sent when a localized post has been assigned to you.
  • Sent when localized content has been assigned to you.

Content Sent to You for Localization

  • Sent when localized content has been assigned to you.

Mentions

Mentioned in an Approval

  • Sent when you are @mentioned in any approval.

Mentioned on an Asset

  • Sent when you are @mentioned in any asset.

Mentioned in Chat

  • Sent when you are @mentioned in any chat and activity feed.

Mentioned in a Note

  • Sent when you are @mentioned in any note.

Presentations

New Presentation is Ready

  • Sent when a presentation you created is ready to be viewed.

Presentation Exported

  • Sent when a PDF of a presentation is available to download.

Workflow

Content Approved

  • Sent when a piece of content is approved or declined by a user who was not the user from whom you requested approval.

Approval Requested

  • Sent when a piece of content has been submitted to you for approval. Reminders will be sent 72 hours prior, 24 hours prior, and at the content scheduled date.

Task Due Soon

  • Sent when a task is due in 72 hours, 24 hours, and at the scheduled date.

Content Declined

  • Sent when a piece of content to which you are subscribed has been approved or declined.

Approval Phase Ready

  • Sent when the workflow on a piece of content advances to a new manual-start approval phase where you either initiated the workflow or are an approver in a previous phase.

Task Assigned to You

  • Sent when a task has been assigned to you.
