Content Data Export

With Content Data Export you can explore your content metadata for insights relevant to your brand, your team, and your work.

We’re excited to bring you the ability to export your content metadata, so you can get a detailed, customizable view of your content attributes.

You’ll receive your content data in CSV form. But why CSVs? CSVs are a powerful and flexible way to visualize, analyze, and quantify all the content and associated metadata in Opal. With the building block of CSV data, the analysis you can do with it are nearly boundless.

Exporting content data enables powerful reporting. Whether conveying timelines and status or visualizing the duration of moments and content, all of this is possible with Opal’s content CSVs and a little bit of spreadsheet knowledge. Merging your Opal data with results from other systems allows for deeper data analysis and smarter data-driven decision-making, bridging gaps in insight and analysis of your marketing programs.

You can leverage this data to create stakeholder reports, flighting charts, and bar charts. And, because it’s a CSV file, you can import it to your favorite spreadsheet tool to do the job; Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers.

We’ve built Opal because we understand the importance of marketing collaboration and transparency. The ability to export your content data from Opal is a continuation of that understanding. With this tool we hope to give you the building blocks of data to help you collaborate and be transparent, even beyond Opal.

Get started today by clicking on the Actions menu in your Moments view and clicking on Export CSV.

We’re excited to see all the ways you’ll utilize the building blocks of CSV data!
